Le Petit Lambswool is pure lambswool from a family-owned fiber mill in Scotland. The wool is rustic and soft at the same time. The yarn is thin yet sturdy, the wool is fully scoured, and the bands are handwritten. A beautiful yarn, presented in a way that feels like home.

What is lambswool? It is actually the first shearing of a sheep and considered a high-grade of wool.

The story: When starting to think about a yarn company, Astrid was looking for something to make something rustic, that would remind her of a trip to Norway in 1995. It was there that she discovered the pure wool from Norwegian sheep, as well as her Scandinavian roots, and led her to produce a yarn that would not only make a sturdy sweater that would last years, but also felt soft to knit with and wear.
