*Special note* Today is the last day we're offering both Anthology 1 & 2 print books at a special price of $14.40 each, which is 40% off the original price!

Last month we released the newest book written by Carrie Bostick Hoge of Madder, Anthology 3 / Seaside, the third and final book of the Anthology series.

Beginning today Friday, April 5th we're hosting an Anthology knitalong...
encompassing all 3 volumes in the Anthology series! We'll be hearing from some of the amazing women behind the yarns used in Anthology 3, including Susan B. Anderson of Barrett Wool Co, Ioana van Deurzen of Moeke Yarns, Carol Sunday of Sunday Knits, Paola Vanzo of mYak, and Astrid Troland of Biches & Bûches

One of the greatest joys is creating side-by-side with other makers – from all walks of life, abilities, countries, and communities; the inspiration derived from seeing how another person interprets a project keeps us encouraged to continue making. We welcome all knitters, from beginners and beyond to come together with us and create something to be worn for years to come.

To participate, chose a pattern of your choice from any of the Anthology books and start knitting! You can find a comprehensive list of all Anthology patterns here on Ravelry. Use hashtag #anthologyknitalong on Instagram to show us your progress, so we can follow your projects and share! If you're not on Instagram and would still like to participate, you can share your knits and in progress projects in either the Madder or Making Ravelry groups. We'll be knitting away on our projects until Friday, May 31st, and we'll randomly draw three giveaway winners...

One winner who completes an Anthology finished knit will receive a sweaters worth of Moeke Yarns in the color/s of your choice, a print copy of a Madder book of your choice, a Making wall calendar, and your choice of a Making magazine issue.

A second winner who completes an Anthology finished knit will receive a sweaters worth of Biches & Bûches yarn in the color/s of your choice, a print copy of a Madder book of your choice, a Making wall calendar, and your choice of a Making magazine issue.

A third winner who has an Anthology work-in-progress project will receive two skeins of A Verb For Keeping Warm's Floating yarn in the color/s of your choice, a print copy of a Madder book of your choice, a Making wall calendar, and your choice of a Making magazine issue.

We know the challenge of finishing a full garment by a deadline prevents some from participating in the collective knitalongs, and we hope everyone feels like they can participate in creating with us, regardless of timeline!

We would LOVE to hear about the projects and yarns you've selected for the knitalong, so make sure to use the hashtag #anthologyknitalong. Next week we'll be sharing what projects and yarns we chose, along with the first "yarn story" from Carol Sunday, and a bit of background from Carrie on how the Anthology series came to be.

We can't wait to see what you're working on! - the Making team
