Ritual retreat
How do I register for the retreat?

Is the retreat in person or virtual?
Ritual is a virtual retreat, however the evening before the retreat we are co-hosting in person events worldwide with shops, makers, and more. We'll share a list of these events prior to the retreat. If you're interested in hosting one of these pre-retreat gatherings, email us at hq@makingco.com
Is the retreat recorded?
All registered attendees will receive access to the recorded rituals from the retreat.
Are the workshops beginner friendly?
All skill levels are welcome to Ritual, whether you're a novice or experienced in one of the skills there will be something wonderful to gain from each ritual.
What if I can't attend the entire retreat?
That's ok! As much as we want everyone to be able to attend together live, life is busy! All registered attendees will receive access to the recorded rituals from the retreat so you won't miss out on anything.
What if I have a question after the retreat?
We will have a chat circle/group on the Making app for each ritual and will do our best to answer questions and support you.
Do I need to buy supplies for the workshops?
We will make available a list of recommended supplies well before the retreat start. We're also going to try and coordinate kits for some of the workshops so that it is easier for makers to access.
Why do BRIGHT Collective members get a discounted ticket?
BRIGHT Collective members directly support what we do here at Making on a monthly basis, from the building of the Making app to putting on amazing events like Ritual...because of this we want to thank them for their continued support and offering them a discounted ticket is one of the ways we can do this.
Are tickets refundable or transferrable?
Tickets to Ritual are non-refundable, however you are welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else. Email us at support@makingco.com and we can help you with this.
Remember that the event is recorded and available for replay!
Magazine
- To access digital copies of the issues, you will be sent a separate email with the information on how to do so. If you did not receive this or are having trouble accessing the digital copy, please email support@makingco.com.
- Digital copies of Making are only available for 2021 and 2022 issues. At this time, Issues 1-10 do not have digital versions.
- Once you place an order, the address associated with it can only be changed by Making staff. You may make address changes in your account, but not for specific orders. If you need to make an address change for a recent order of subscription, please email support@makingco.com.

How soon will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped within 1-4 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when it is shipped. Pre-sales will ship in the timeline outlined on the product page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship international orders with UPS.
Please Note: We are legally obligated to represent all international purchases as “merchandise” and with exact values. We do not mark items as “gifts” or declare a value lower than the price paid by the buyer.
Other countries may charge customs fees. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Making is not responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information.
Once packages leave the U.S., they are the responsibility of your national postal service. We can provide customs numbers and package information upon request, but we cannot provide tracking or estimated arrival details. That information is in the hands of your local post office or customs.
